The sound quality is horrible. I bought these for my mom, paired them to her phone & I could barely hear her when we tested them out. I definitely expected more from Sony . Big disappointment

Can't use them on a phone call as the other party hears a lot of noise. I tried another pair and the same result. They are OK for blue tooth to audio transmitters.

They are ok- I have to repeat myself a lot with them- but have to have hands free device for work and since AirPods I might drop while working I’m forced to have this type - so get the protection plan I believe I’m on my 3rd pair

Obtained this headset as a replacement under warranty for a pair that lasted two weeks. This pair lasted about 24 hours before developing a no sound issue. Switching to a different brand.

Extremely bad product, got defective after 3 months (hardly) of usage. Hadn't used this very excessively too. Overall dissatisfied and disappointed....

These headphones are very uncomfortable to wear, the ear buds dangle (no magnets to keep them stationary or retracting ability), and the sound quality during a phone call is horrible (lots of static and breaking up).

Purchased as a replacement set for previous C400 set owned. Thankfully bought extended protection from Best Buy. headphones did not last two weeks before no sound problem developing.

These have a delay in message relaying that makes it very hard to communicate with the person on the other line. Don't recommend!

Unfortunately, the sound quality was really bad with these. When I was on the phone, I'd hear the static of the mic part rustling against my shirt or jacket. It was terrible. Wouldn't waste money on these.

Very bad reception, nit clean at all. I do not recommend them at all. I kept my one day past the return date, therefore I was not able to return them.

Very poor quality sound for calls so had to return. Also not vlexible, a hard plastic that was uncomfortabke and seemed it would easily break.

I had these for less than one month - so much dropping and stuttering of signal no matter where I was. Then they completely refused to pair with any of my previously-paired devices.

would not recommend ,they do not charge fully,very uncomfortable ,made very cheaply and sound is horrible .they also do not retract in which causes the ear buds to get tangled in everything

It worked great for a few weeks then started acting weird - constantly vibrating, intermittent sound; it finally stopped working all together - tried resetting, recharging with no success.

Earbuds kept falling out of my ears. Had difficulty getting the sound to only come through the headset. Could still hear the sound coming out of the computer. I returned them.

This item is not a quality product at all! You can't hear anything but yourself talking, it echoes badly and is not a good representation of Sony products.

This headset is horrible! It she good clarity, it doesn't allow you to do voice calling, there are no magnets on the ear pieces, I expected so much more from a Sony product.

Ended up having to exchange these headphones twice before getting store credit as one of the ear buds would always quit working within 2 months. Very disappointed!!!!

This item was bad for me. My calls were poor and people could not hear me. I had to return it after two weeks of frustrations in trying to use it

They do not cancel noise. There is a bad echo. People say I sound as if I am under water. I will be returning these headphones.
