    Skipping throughout a song

    bought Them with the recommendation of my friend and the first day they went really good. But the second day they were skipping throughout the song. Today I exchange them and just the new one and it was doing it again. Don’t know what to do might talk to my friend about it.

    My SONY wireless earbuds stopped working properly. They were from the MDR family of earbuds. The right one became barely audible. It was my third pair. The same thing happened each time. Fortunately, I bought the 2-year service plan. When I returned them to Best Buy, they did not have the same kind. They called other stores and they did not have them either, so I replaced them with the WI-C400 product. I listen to podcasts and music while at work and exercising. The sound was distorted and tinny. They also randomly disconnected from my iPhone at least ten to fifteen times a day. I took them back, believing that they were defective, but they were not. I have the same problem with the new pair. I will return them and get a different brand. I love all my SONY products and am very loyal to them, but I cannot continue to re-connect to my phone three times while walking 45 minutes to work in 15-degree temperatures. Sorry SONY.

    Connection issues and poor audio

    Got these two days ago and am returning them. The connection is poor and the audio crackles. Wore them running and they were fine, but the audio would crackle like it was buffering or something (though I was listening to music on my phone and not streaming). The ear buds don't fit very well either and I find I'm constantly putting them back in my ears. Tried another size and not really a fan. Otherwise I like the fit and design of the rest of the unit. Just wish the connection and audio were better quality for the price.

    Worked only for 3 months, suddenly stop working

    I bought this for my wife on Thanksgiving day 2017. It was working fine for 3 months and suddenly stop working. It is unable to pair with my mobile. Most of the time, this headset is not showing on the Bluetooth of the mobile. I tried to checked with 2 to 3 mobile phones (Samsung s5, Nokia 6, essential ph1). frustrated with sony product for very first time.

    Worst headphones

    These are the worst headphones I have ever bought. The ear pieces fell apart only after 2 months, I had to glue them back together. I drive a lot, and rely on these for hands free at all times, they shut off in the middle of talking, very disappointed.

    I would not give a 1 star had there been an option for "0 stars". Not a reliable brand at all. I had a different model of Sony headphones , and it broke by the hinge. Reached out to both US and Japan headquarters about the issue. Received a reply email stating that the Sony engineers agree that there is a defect with the product, but they cannot exchange it because it was out of warranty. If a product has a defect, and company admits it, then why does not matter what the purchase date it. Anyway I highly recommend to stay away from sony headphones in general.

    Suppose to be water resistant and sweat proof yet never even got em wet yet they crackled static 3 days later as if they’d been soaked tried to return for new pair same thing

    bottom line is, everyone sounds like Chewbaka and they all ask me if I'm in the bathroom while we are talking... this headset is nearly useless when it comes to making phone calls which is what I need it for... returning to store today

    Terrible, dont bother

    I had opted for paying a bit more thinking they would be better, I was wrong. I bought 2 and both stopped working less than 2 months after their first use, fully charged, they wont turn on. I tried to return them to Best Buy but had not purchased their warranty (thinking if they died after a year or so, I wouldn't care if I had to toss them) so I now have to go through Sony, mail them back and wait for replacement. So if you do get them, get the warranty from Best Buy to save you some time when you need to return them.

    I just bought these yesterday & they won’t even charge. So I can’t comment on sound quality or phone call usage since I can’t even use them. I’m not impressed having a problem with them the first day. I will be returning them today and after reading a lot of negative reviews too I will probably go with different earbuds.

    Larger neck affects voice quality.

    There is no way to test these before purchase and unfortunately the circumference of the neckband places the mic right against my larger than average neck which means the audio on the other end of the call appears muffled and distant.

    I PURCHASED THIS ITEM A MONTH AGO,SURPRISINGLY FOR THIS TO BE SONY PRODUCT, I'M VERY DISAPPONITED, IT MAKES SO MUCH NOISE, THE EAR PLUGS JUST HANGS THERE A STONG CHANCE IT'S GOING TO BREAK,, JUST NOT UP TO STANDARDS, WILL BE RETURNING THIS HEADSET THIS WEEK!!!

    Junk!

    I bought these for use while working out. They lasted about three weeks. After the second charge they wouldn't turn on. Received another pair under warranty that lasted about one month. They are nothing but junk.
