These work pretty good. My husband wears when mowing. If he sweats, sometimes its too much and they'll stop working. Makes buying the warranty an excellect idea.

This device is clear and crisp with a nice bass. It does shut down if left unused for more than an hour. It does not alert you when phone is left behind.

Really love the sound quality and the ease of using this product. It's been very durable and really fits my needs for communication and music listening

I have had these for alittle over a month,they sound good, just when you touching the headset, while you're on the phone, sounds like you're messing with a hand held microphone...

I've had a wired Sony bass headphone with no problems for years so I thought I could try a wireless one this time. A lot of Cons: The vibration feature cannot be changed, or at least there's nothing in the instructions on how. When receiving a call, the sound and vibration (which happens at the same time) cannot be put off, even by clicking the sound button on my phone, which normally will silence the ring tone in case I'm not able to answer the call. I work in an open space therefore this was not working for me so I returned it. Another issue; when answering a call, the other person couldn't hear well what I was saying. Third issue, volume for the music is very low. Fourth, in order to charge it, cable has to be connected to a computer no a regular outlet. Only Pro is that the battery life is very good.

I bought these for my aunt-- they were easy to set up! The sound is great for the price! The battery life is great as well (only need to charge them once a week.)

I gave this as a gift to someone who is in college. He takes it almost everywhere and enjoys it very much. Sound and battery charge life is very good.

I use the Sony-C400 headphones for walking. I find them comfortable and easy to use. A great product for the money. Would I recommend this product.....absolutely!

Good audio. Although the after awhile, I had 2 replacement it with another because of overuse. 1 of the earbuds went out, but that's normal with every day use.

I am a Sony fanatic, and these were purchased for the sole purpose of work. They are light and comfortable. I have the Sony 1000XM2 and I use these when I don't want the extra weight or attention.

Good sound quality on both sides of telephone calls. Works well for music also. I just wish that it would connect to more than one device at a time like my previous set did.

I work and travel alot so I love having these. They are very convenient! The sound on these are wonderful and I love the way they fit around my neck.

I am really happy with these earphones. They are wireless, and very comfortable and the earbuds stay in place. Works using Bluetooth via my iPad.

My husband bought these for himself but unfortunately he did not like them. They were not loud enough for him. But if you don’t need anything extremely loud then they should be good.
