Have the product for a week now, so far no complaints. I use it with my iPhone, it vibrates when I get calls, I can answer & end calls with one button. I can also pause & play my music, turn volume up & down. The complaints I have aren’t even worth mentioning.

Top of the line head phones got them for my dad and it’s great he can’t loos them since their around his neck the quality is great to the sound no feedback or echo

At first i thought these headsets were awesome, good sound easy to connect then 1 day after they were returnable...nothing the headset will not connect to not only my phone (android) none of the other phones (iphone) I would not recommend this headset because i am out $40 bucks, these headsets just stop working...

I thought I would've been more satisfied with this headset, but I was mistaken! Connection is very choppy, and sound is subpar for the Sony brand.....

Very good item it holds a charge longer than the previous Bluetooth headset and it has a longer signal connection than the previous Bluetooth headset.

Ive had this product for about a month and there are no problems so far. I say it that way because often headphones, regardless of what brand, stop working on one side after a short amount of time. I made sure I got the 2 year replacement plan just in case.

I like the fact that they hold a long charge. I received these as a gift and wasn’t sure if i was going to like them. You need to get use to it grind your neck once your past that they’re fine.

Powers off during the day often. Reception to person on the phone is below average. Static if touched on each end. Does sound good to movies or music.

Bought as a gift and they were loved. Worked great.

We bought these as Christmas gifts for my dad and father In law. Both active people. They love them! Easy to connect to device. Only thing I wish they had were the magnets to hold the buds onto the device rather than dangling when not in use.

I am so happy to have purchased these!! I love that I can use them at work and my coworkers cannot hear what i am listening to! I can still hear what is going on around me which is also a plus!!

I originally bought this for work, needing to upgrade from wired earbuds to wireless. I wanted to buy beats, but then the frugal side of me saw these on sale and having overall great experience with Sony audio products, I was excited to get these. However as soon as I tried these I regretted it. The audio sounded tinny, it was skipping and acting like it was having issues connecting, then low and behold it disconnected from my phone. I tried it again with my iPad, thinking that maybe the issue was my phone, did it again on the iPad. Then tried it with my laptop, same issues. Needless to say, I returned these and just bought beats instead.

I upgraded my older bluetooth head set for this and I'm glad I did. The sound is a lot better then the older one, loudness and quality wise. They fit nicely in my ears and are comfortable.

Great headset to have. The clarity and bass these have are awesome if you love music. Calls are clear also. Been almost 2 years and still sound great.

I like them! It’s responsive, I can be heard and I can hear very well through them. I’ve been told about wind noise when I’m in a vehicle with a window down. That’s about all.

Long lasting headphones for sure. However sound quality on the other end isnt the best. Consistently told im mumbling and im not understood.

I was shocked by prices on earplugs. Found this one within budget. I thought I couldn't go wrong with a Sony product and... I was not disappointed. Great sound and long lasting battery.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She loves it so much. It’s very clear, easy to use and maneuver, and fits very comfortable into the ear. I would recommend to others.

With the direction of an on line chat, I purchased this wireless head set to go with our new 75 inSony. However we have been struggling in our effort to get them to work. I want to wear them, when others watch TV with me. However that's not how it works. It's all or nothing. If I use them, nobody else can hear. So we are still trying to figure it out. the sound is not high quality , but it is somewhat acceptable.

These headphones sound great however the first pair only lasted about a year with daily use. I’ve had other headphones last longer with no issues so I’m slightly disappointed however I’m giving them a second chance.
