great for talking, listening and Bluetooth with car. great sound, very happy

My Sony headphones have incredible sound, and they are reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who's searching for a cost-prohibitive alternative to Bose or Beats by Dre.

Strong bluetooth signal with latest specs, great overall quality. It talks to you: "Power on, bluetooh connected, power off, etc." Long battery time before recharging. Just get it!

I wasn't sure about Sony headphones, but the sound is good. Easy to set up. I had LG before, hated the sound. Sony was a way better sound. Great value for headphones.

The one I wanted and therefore I am happy with it. These are bigger than the regular earpods, but I wanted something that lasts more than 5 hours.

By far the best headsets I've had. Great quality, sound, and battery power. You can clearly hear the other person without and interference. Would definitely recommend.

Great set of headphones. My work days are usually pretty long and the headphones last me 2 12-14 hour work days. Honestly that’s pretty sweet. I’m really happy with this set

I PURCHASED IT AS A GIFT TO MY SISTER. THE FACT THAT IT HANGS AROUND HER NECK GIVE A GREATER CHANCE SHE WILL NOT LOOSE IT AS SHE HAS OTHER ONES THAT JUST HANG IN HER EAR (THE WIRELESS ONES)

At first glance, I thought that the big "tips" of this headset would feel like a horseshoe around my neck. But I am pleasantly surprised that I do not feel it at all once I wear it. Things I love about this headset: (1) The headset adapts to my ear without the "pull" you get with other Bluetooth devices. The battery and controls are housed in the tips, which balance things well. (2) You can remove the headphones without fear of the headphones getting out of the neck (ideal for exercise). (3) Power on / off / pairing is fast and infallible, with a nice female voice speaking to you. (4) The controls are easy to reach and intuitive.

love wearing these when working out or driving for hands free talking. the sound quality is awesome wish i would have got them sooner

For a very reputable company, you would think these headphones would be superb and great quality. THEY ARE!! These headphones are the best I purchased yet!! Worth the money!

great headphones . they have lasted me for a while longer than my other ones and i work in the oilfields so these are a must have

I purchased the Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-the-Neck In Ear Headphones - Black in November 2019. The sound quality is ok but the microphone is very sensitive and it makes a lot of noise when it rubs against my collar. The earphones disconnects completely if you walk 15 ft away. The charging port is difficult to find on the earphones because of the sleek design and the cover is the same texture and color of the frame. The earphones were hard to sync with my phone during initial hook up.

I use these for phone calls and music. Music sound is great. Phone use isn’t great. Sounds like there’s an echo. Had to return them.

I needed some wireless headphones so I could listen at work. I found these while looking for others...They last for days without having to charge them....they r well worth the money.

Sony, I am upset with you regarding this product. I purchased these in August and here I am in November and they won't even power on. I started getting a mysterious purple indicator light on them about a month in and when I would go to charge them the whole headset would just vibrate non stop until it was being unplugged as if there was a faulty battery or charge. I paid it no mind and coughed it up to coincidence because after all this is SONY! A great product for sound...Well it happened maybe 4 times after that and then I started to get a little worried that maybe something could be wrong with the headset and low and behold here I am in November the same thing happened yesterday witht he vibration. I went to charge the headphones and they did that vibration thing again and I decided to let it just do what it does only to comeback and find the battery fried and the headset is unusable. Won't even charge nor cut back on. Not sure what the hell happened, but these headphones were not as special as I thought they were. Totally disappointed with my purchase at this point. Please don't buy, you've been warned

I kept buying "beats" headphones for double the price every 6 months because they kept breaking, I bought this sony headphones and they work just as good and they last longer!

I have been used it for so many years and it works very good. Great sound and easy to carry over the neck. Bluetooth and everything works excellent
