Now that I have HD calling with Verizon and an HD capable phone, I am not able to hear people when using these during calls. It's very low, I'm straining to hear my friends and family. I researched the problem and found out that these are not capable of HD calling. That's very disappointing, but I'm glad I got the warranty on these because they'll be going back to the store for an exchange. I hate to spend more money, but what good is having all these cool phone features that I can't use because my headphones are old and outdated?

But unfortunately as I am in a call it does not allow me to navigate other pages or it disconnects my Bluetooth from my phone

They stay put and are comfortable but are extremely Horrible when it comes to phone conversations, l have not been able to complete a conversation fully while using these headphones. Not happy!!!
