Sony - C400 Wireless Headphones

The quality of people hearing me is not good. I am constantly repeating myself and am constantly told that I am breaking up. I have also noticed a crackling sound from time to time. I had lost a much cheaper pair whose quality was much better, and replaced them with these. The only plus is that the battery last longer in these. I paid a nice amount of money for these, but it has not been worth it, however, I will keep these as a backup.
