When using the bluetooth, the call is hard to hear and people have hard time understanding you because of all the background noise. You also hear yourself and your surrounding noise

I use them while riding around on my motorcycle and they do a good job of reducing the wind noise while producing a good volume to listen to music with.

For reference she has an s9 with nfc support. All she has to do is keep nfc on and tap it to the tag on the earphones to pair. Awesome got one for my aunt too.
