Audio “stutters” a lot, I have had numerous other Bluetooth buds before but they have never done that. Also expected better tone quality for a Sony brand, not much for lows.

As she uses it I cannot get give more detail yet every time I see her it is around her neck, so I'd say it works very well.

Almost better than LG

Other than that I love them

Glad i purchased
