It works great for music and video listening but horrible quality for any phone calls. It would just be static that it would make you jump and feel like your ears popped or something.

I've run indoors, on the treadmill with these headphones 3 times. The bluetooth connection on these headphones is is sketchy at best - constantly scratchy sound, and often just stop playing music. There are also random sound spikes while listening. One second its a comfortable volume - the next it instantly jumps to max volume for no apparent reason. It seems that the buttons on the inside of the "frame" of the headphones are very sensitive. The music often stops, while running, as if it has been prompted to ask a question. I think this is the result of one of the buttons touching up against my neck while running. Very frustrating. I didn't really want to spend $100+ on headphones, and these seemed like a reasonable price/brand, but I will be returning them as soon as possible.

I had the headset for 6 month. One of the ears went out. I then got a replacement, this time it went out after 8 months. I decided to return and go with a different brand

The buttons are on the neck side and it touches it. I am afraid it will get wet when sweating, I did not connect them to try them. I will return them. Can not recommend if I did not tried them.

I thought these would be a little higher quality being that they are Sony. Noise cancelled is not that great and they aren’t very comfortable.

Had completely charged headphones and connected to my phone. As i was using them they kept disconnecting from my phone and they were in range. I thought maybe they weren't compeletly charged so when i got home i charged them and as i plugged them in it wouldnt stop vibrating and i couldn't get it to stop. Hours later it finally did. Took them back.

Worked well the first day. Really wanted to like it but the sound quality for calls were poor. Very poor. Music was awesome

These were a Christmas gift. The recipient has lost dozens of those tiny in-the-ear bud wireless things, so this one, which sounds good but is not tiny, was just right

Good sound but after just 1 month the speakers stopped working on both sides. I'm glad I got the 2 year warranty on it so no big lost on that one

After less than a month these headphones started failing. They randomly turn on after I turn them off and then won’t turn off until the battery is dies. Was hoping to give 0 stars, but it won’t let me.

I love my wireless headphones. When you pair them you must hold in the button until it flashes. You must also put one of the plugs in your ear so you can hear that it is paired. They have great reception and once paired they are awesome.

Purchased as a gift to a friend online along with 2 year extended warranty in July 2020. Bluetooth would Not stay connected. She returned to it to the store and was allowed to exchange it and voided the 2 year extended warranty. They didn’t prorate it. Just used it and wiped it out no credit no nothing. So want is the point of buying a EXTENDED warranty. A piece of junk will hold up for 15 days

Its a great headset, only reason for 3 stars is because mine quit working while I was working out. Keep sweat/water away and it should be a good option

These headphones are good for listening to music ONLY. I purchased these and returned them the same day because I could not make calls on them.

These are the worst headphones I've ever purchased. And at almost $50, expected a lot more. The only good thing about these is that they hang around my neck. Other than that.... The earbuds don't have a magnet or anything so when not in use, the just dangle below your chin for no reason. The sound quality was worse than listen to an old cd player. Sadly I couldn't return them because 1 week after I bought them the earbud wire ripped off while in my backpack. Sony makes some crappy products!

Great for music and audiobooks, not great for calls. Several people said thst I sounded as if I was far away or just couldn't hear me well.

I like the build and quality it was easy and works connecting also works with phones with nfc which is so cool I like to use these because it hang on the neck so it’s good for when I work out

I was in a frantic rush of needing a new Bluetooth headset for the gym. Best Buy fulfilled my needs. I was lucky to get this item on sale of $30 cheaper, total was $40..Headset works and connects flawlessly for me. I would recommend this purchase.

Compared to other headsets, this one kind of stinks. Audio is a bit tinny and you can hear all sorts of noise if it rubs against your shirt
