I bought them for my mom as a gift and unfortunately after a month they began sounding scratchy and when she talked it sounded like she was far away, then they completely stopped working. If you shook them it sounded like a rattle. I ended up getting a pair off brand on amazon and they were 1/5 the price and work amazing.

Salesman told me that this style would give me long battery life that Apple’ s wireless earbuds. They had to go back to Best Buy. After reading Apple’s system requirement, I was able to get a similar product that works very well.

I do love that I don't have to worry about them falling to the floor, which is why i bought this style. I will be returning for a new pair as it appears this set is defective.
