    No a great item after couple of week I ending getting the same one ! just to give a second chance and didn’t work as I expected!!

    I returned these headphone the day after I bought them because they couldn’t get through a song without popping and cracking. Mine may have been faulty, but I decided to get a different pair.

    I took the headset back because it kept disconnecting from my phone. It has a lot of static while talking to someone.

    I got these to replace an LG set that I had been using and was really disappointed. Call volume was terrible and battery life was far too short for my needs. Please bring back the LG product.

    Not worth the money. Cords hang down and get tangled. Tired of buying Bluetooths that keep happening to have issues

    Bought this as a gift and the person I purchased it for was unable to use it, due to it not being able to charge. I returned it and exchanged it for a different brand.

    Always need to reset it cause the right ear bud stops working. After 5 months, the headset finally died and wont charge or turn on. Sony Support won't fix it under warranty because they placed the serial number on a sticker that I assume eventually came off after several uses at the gym. $70 down the hole for a product that worked for 5 months. I still use my Motorola SD-10 when the LG products failed and now this.

    Stopped Responding to Google Assistant

    I ended up returning this after running into issues with Google Assistant. Every time I said "hey google" I got blasted in my ears with unnecessary touch tone sounds.

    Item was comfortable the the battery life was not as good as i hoped it to be. It only lasted about hours. Would recommend for gym time but not if you use at work all day.

    Dead after 2 months

    I had this headphone for about 5 months. Thinking it would be with me for at least a year, I was proven wrong. After 2 months, I held down the power button to turn it on, and it just completely died out. NO REASON whatsoever. I though it ran out of batter but put it in the plug and It wouldn’t even charge itself back. I would not recommend this headphone. Sony needs to fix this problem. Felt like I’ve been ripped off.

    What's with these Sony wireless headphones? I bought two pairs, one in December and this one in April and now they are both useless. Normal wear, around the house. I got Geek Squad protection on this second pair bought in April but customer service said I have to go IN store to exchange them so not sure if I'm willing to risk the virus to go exchange a pair of headphones, even though they were expensive! Buy a different brand.

    It was ok I had better LG The sony does not cling to the neck and is quite bulky and cumbersome.controls on the outside and should be on inside easier to reach.

    These were surprisingly tinny. Carried a lot of background noise and, if used with video, tended to lag the actual dialogue. Didn't happen with any of my other headphones.

    Not worth the headache

    I recently purchased this headphones because my LG set broke and I was told this were the next big thing. Oh boy!!! Probably the next big thing @Bestbuy because they are not worth the headache. People always complain about the noise or that they can't understand what I'm saying ( they can hear me but, is all distorted) they are going back this weekend and getting my LG tone back.

    This may be different for others but everyone I called told me it sounded like i was talking thru a pillow. I could hear just fine... it was others hearing me.

    Didn't like the extension on the ear cords. Background noise is loud while trying to have a conversation. Bought the Jabra Elite after I returned these.

    I was excited to try these. I liked the style but the quality was poor. Within a few days they stopped working and wouldn’t power off. I returned them.

    I hear noise because my hair brushes against it while around my neck. People cannot hear me speak. They say I sound very low or far away.
