For the price, this is a really good radio. It has all the features I require and is simple to operate. This was purchased to replace a cheaper radio that I never did like due to poor sound quality and difficulty in operating. I'm happy with the purchase.

works good great features but the bass lacks alot and the volume the sony bluetooth extra bass speaker is louder with more bass than this

I like how it has a lot of features. The speakers are adequate, but wouldn't mind if they had a little more sound quality. At least that's my opinion, others may be quite happy with the sound.

Love my new CD Boombox. Great sound and radio reception, easy to carry around. I use it mainly outside and in the garage. Price was great for the quality.

SONY = QUALITY We tried a lesser brand first and had to return to get this tried and true model. You never can go wrong when it says SONY on the box.

Before it died I owned a similar Sony product, so when it was time to replace it I bought a new one. I am extremely pleased with the functions of the new one; I just wished its sound pressure level was a great as my other one.

The old device has performed well however all things fail for one reason or another. After good service, replaced it with this updated version. Expect another 20 years of good service from this unit.

This was purchased as a gift for a child. It has worked well with all the included features and our child has been extremely happy with it. It's nothing special but it does work as advertised.

Works great but on a few of the stations there is static. Wish it got better reception as it is I has to be positioned a certain way for the best sound quality.

For the cost even at a sales price, very dissatisfied with product, there is no back light for the display, from my understanding only allows you to present I think it was like 3, maybe 4 radio stations. Just very disappointed with this as Sony usually does a pretty good job. I returned this for my money back.

OK for the money.Was a little bit surprised by the fact that when you turn it on it says standby and then starts.

I bought this for my office to play soothing low stress cd’s. It’s done a good job. Of course it does not have the sound quality as the Bose I bought for my house but it does a good job for my office.

Good boombox. Has alot of features, but sound and bass are just ok.

I have one that's been around for a while, would not play some of the older CDs because of scratches. No matter how you would clean them they will still skip. Everything I mean everything plays on this box.

Sonys speakers are very clear. I'm disappointed because the sound is not as round as I would like. I have not used any of the other features so I cannot comment as to their reliability.

Great boombox for the money spent, mega bass is definitely a great feature and has no issue playing any cds.

This is a nice radio especially for a 98 year old that is legally blind and very hard of hearing. She can feel the knobs and knows how to play it. It is very easy to use.

Nifty little CD player for office. I like to listen to CD's while working in home office and on hobbies. This fit my needs and fit in the space the old one occupied. The port for mp3 player is an added bonus. Haven't used it yet.

I wanted an economical boombox for my workshop and this one does a good job. It is easy to set up and operate plus has a good sound and volume for a small unit. I wanted something that has good AM/FM reception as this one does.

We bought this boombox to replace another Sony which failed after years of service. We trust Sony products for reliability and long life. My wife uses it to listen to CD's at night and is very pleased with this unit
