And when it was my turn, they could not find my order and had a lot of running around to find it. I don't know why - others seemed to get their orders quite quickly. I have a problem standing so I was *not a happy camper*. Usually your service is good. The day I picked up this product was, unfortunately, not a good experience. Sorry.
