All are on am and this unit was absolutely pathetic in that regard. If I had an am station next to my house, reception probably would still be unacceptable.

It was a huge disappointment and thankfully, we were still within their return policy or we would would have been stuck with this piece of junk.

The trouble was that after about 18 days the cd player stopped working. Too late to return, I took the hit. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is definitely not a boom box, just a portable radio that is good for a small room, not much else. Don't bring to a picnic or any kind of outing or event. Too low of a volume!

The sound quality is good and so far the connections have worked well. One negative is the options for choosing bluetooth devices. Random individual's devices appear on the display. I am not sure if random music would play if someone chose to do so.

Tuning is not good. Lots if static. I only kept it because I have a back injury. Looking for another but it seems like finding a quality radio and CD player is going to be hard. Very disappointing.
