This has everything an old school boombox had but now with improved sound. If you have a lot of CD's and want to keep them this unit is the best way to go. Portable, good sound and lightweight.

This is an amazing box.FM works great, no problem pulling in local stations with antenna down.USB plays MP'3s and CD plays perfect.Got a lot of great sound coming from those speakers. A good buy.

Purchased as a gift & the receiver loved it. I've heard it and the sounds coming from it was as if I was listening to my stereo system. I'm planning on purchasing one for my own use. My best friend heard it playing and said she's going to purchase two. One for the boys room & one for the girls room.

As a true Millennial, I grew up listening to CDs, and I still have a massive CD collection. My old boombox finally died after playing my music for over 20 years--and then I had trouble finding a new one that didn't sound like it was playing my music from a tin can. I finally stumbled on the Sony boombox, and I made a great choice. It is nice and compact, is the any to use and has good, crisp and clear sound. Perfect! It has already played 150 CDs for me in less than a month, and it is about to play many, many more.

I wanted something that wouldn't take up much room in my bedroom, and this is perfect. It has very nice sound and is easy to use. It has a sleep mode to automatically shut off. It does not have a clock. I am very happy with it.

Very versatile. It not only is a radio and CD player, it enables you to play music stored on your phone via a blue tooth connection, or music stored on a flash drive via it's USB input. It also lets you record from a CD to a USB device. Small compact unit with a lot of features. Only drawback is that the sound quality is limited by the size of the unit. Works well for me at the office, or at home in my workshop, which is what I was looking for. In fact, I liked it well enough to buy a second one so I didn't have to transport it back and forth to work and home. Someone at the office liked it so much, they bought one.

Just what I wanted. A boombox that can play from a USB drive, in addition to CD and also from Radio. Very easy to move through folders on the USB drive. I haven't tried to see how easy it is to connect an external speaker via bluetooth. I do use it with an external speaker that I just plug into the headphone jack. I also have not tried to connect an external device, like an iPod, via the aux in.

Good product for music lovers.it has CD, FM and USB options also I am using it as speaker to my PS5.

This is exactly what I wanted. It has preset radio channels, will play music from my usb drive and even has a CD player that will record to my usb drive. It plugs in the wall and has battery backup. Love, love this!

I love this boombox. Excellent sound for CDs and radio, great options, nice size, attractive. Fits nicely on my counter without taking up too much room. Light weight.

The sound quality is excellent, and I like that it can play CD's, mp3's, and from a flash drive. Unfortunately I needed to return this player 4 months after delivery because the CD player stopped working. Sony replaced it with the same model, and I've enjoyed it until now. Once again, the CD player has stopped working properly after 16 months. I have had CD players in the past that worked properly for years after purchase, I am sadly disappointed in the quality of this one.

I needed to replace an older Sony boombox and didn't want a really big radio. I love the size and sound of the unit. Took a bit of time to figure out the bluetooth but works really well, still miss a remote for this unit.

I have an old Sony boom box much larger with detachable speakers.It is an old unit that does not have a CD player any more. It stopped working. I was so impressed with the old Sony that I had to give this one a try. It is much more compact than the old one but I’m very impressed with it. It’s smaller, but it sounds great. It has better reception on the radio than the the old one, sounds great, and much lighter to lug around. I’m very pleased that I went with this product. It’s great.

Works ok. Uses USB. 3.1. The only complaint is it lacks lighting for the displays. I have to use a flashlight to illuminate to readouts. The overall appearance is that of a largely plastic device with plastic hinges on the CD door. The USB works for recording purposes. All told, I feel it is fairly chinsy for a $106 item. But that appears to be the way the tech world is going.
