Customer Ratings & Reviews

In need of something more than just a speaker I came across this little gem fitting my needs. Overall this is a solid little radio easy to store in a locker at work when not in use. All the features are a plus. Given the atmosphere I use it in, the sound is good I just wish there wasn't such a small volume limit on pretty much everything purchased in today's market. Not all devices are used in small spaces and are in close range of the ear...just a note for the manufacturers to keep in mind. My only complaint is after about 5 hours of play plugged into an AC outlet the USB just stopped playing for no reason. I was able to restart but I feel it shouldn't of stopped playing for no reason. I plug in the unit and use it for an 8 hour shift in my workspace in a manufacturing environment. I like that there is an auxiliary port to play my ipod classic on when the radio reception is fuzzy. The record from CD to USB is a very handy feature with the quality of the recording actually sounding pretty good. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Only having it a month now, how long it will last is to be determined.

Great little bombs with decent sound. This stereo is packed with features and functionality for the price it's a great deal!

Gets good reception and good sound. Love the AM feature which is getting harder to get on modern radios. Love the blue tooth and FM also.

Bought for a friend with hearing aids this unit is crisp clear and rich in its sound and meets the need elegantly.

The radio sounds good for the price. It is multi function, (radio, CD, USB port), exactly what I needed.

Needed a radio for a classroom where they wanted some music. It has done the job. Bought it for the Bluetooth capabilities, as well. Has worked well for those using it. Haven’t tested the distance it will reach as the boombox is on a shelf near a plug and they have just set their phones next to it if they wanted to stream music. It has done the job I needed it to do. I know there are better speakers, but those don’t include a radio.

The sound quality of this boom box is incredible! The different layers of instrument can be heard. I was truly missing out before. It’s so Much More than CD player: radio done in stereo, recording playlists, play your CD’s in your order, Bluetooth and the lust goes on. I’m buying another for my child.

Bought this to help my wife's dance group. Portable, light and really good sound for its size. USB & Bluetooth as well.

Lots of power for a unit its size good sound quality and a very good ease of use.

Good sound for a small boombox. Good quality. Most small CD player boom boxes now are fairly cheaply made

Great for the price and sound is really godd quality. Would recommend and would buy again.

Break sound out of a little box, excellent for on the move trips for beach or for me in my garage.

Small, fits our needs, although would have liked the option to play more than one CD

Great sound and features for the price. Easy to pair with my smartphone. The size is great too.

THIS LITTLE SONY WORKS JUST FINE. FOR ITS LOW PRICE, I MIGHT HAVE EXPECTED LESS QUALITY, BVUT IT WORKS AS WELL AS SOMETHING MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. AND THE BONUS FOR USING MY BESTBUY CARD MADE IT EVEN LESS EXPENSIVE!

For a small boom box it really puts out. Alot louder than I thought it would be. Super easy to use.

The megabass function makes this boombox sound very full for its size. I really love the connectivity options for playback, you can play CDs. direct in with a 1/8 audio cable, or via bluetooth compatible devices.

Excellent sound and reception. Great for people who still listens to a.m. and fm radio. Also it has Bluetooth capability.

Good quiality and the size suits us well. the sales person was very helpful and imformative. All our questions were fully anwsered. The item was delivered on the day and time we had requested

I needed a versatile music player that had CD, radio and Bluetooth. This little Sony fit the bill nicely! Sound quality is decent for a small "boom box". I can easily play music from my phone via Bluetooth, which was really important for me. Sound quality of AM is ok (it is AM after all), but good enough to listen to the ballgame. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
