Blue tooth is awesome. Good sound. Good choice for radio in living room not a big unit. Easy to use

We got this to connect via bluetooth to our kid's mp3 player and to play the radio at night. It has done both of those with flying colors. It was a little more expensive than what I wanted, but it's almost worth it. It is by no means a GREAT BUY (which is why I gave it 4 stars), but it is a good portable boombox. It does what it says it will do.

The sound quality of this boom box is incredible! The different layers of instrument can be heard. I was truly missing out before. It’s so Much More than CD player: radio done in stereo, recording playlists, play your CD’s in your order, Bluetooth and the lust goes on. I’m buying another for my child.

I love it! I am old school and still have a lot of my favorite CD's that I love to play and listen to!

Works perfect with Bluetooth earbuds! Only drawback is the 6 Batteries it takes. But renewables make it work.

We have a technologically challenged person who just wanted a simple yet decent sounding CD player. Did some research and could not find much in the way of the devices that had the features we were looking for with a simple interface. Luckily I remembered the Best Buy had a couple of the last time I was in, so I jumped on the website read some reviews and we decided on the Sony. So glad that we did, sounds decent, easy to use, would definitely re-purchase.

I'm very pleased with the sound quality and ease of use. This is a relatively inexpensive solution for someone who enjoys classical music, whether from radio or CD's. This Sony model offers a good value purchase. Battery backup, a useful feature, matters when storms result in power outages.

My mom still uses CD's around the house and needed to replace a 10 year old CD boombox. This Sony unit is exactly what she needed, a basic no nonsense stereo. Other CD player systems were cheaper, but comprised space and portability.

This portable boom box does it all! And it sounds fantastic. And I have copied many CD's onto usb sticks to play in my car. Great addition to our home.

It has good sound, you can also record, flash drive option, and radio. What more could you want for the price.

I bought this for my mom and though she won't use all the features there are many, from aux in to bluetooth, etc., and nice to have radio along with a CD player! Pretty big sound for a small box and decent tone/quality. I like the fact that the CD player plays all formats including MP3, CD-R/RW and other formats. And recording capability onto flash drive from CD!

In need of something more than just a speaker I came across this little gem fitting my needs. Overall this is a solid little radio easy to store in a locker at work when not in use. All the features are a plus. Given the atmosphere I use it in, the sound is good I just wish there wasn't such a small volume limit on pretty much everything purchased in today's market. Not all devices are used in small spaces and are in close range of the ear...just a note for the manufacturers to keep in mind. My only complaint is after about 5 hours of play plugged into an AC outlet the USB just stopped playing for no reason. I was able to restart but I feel it shouldn't of stopped playing for no reason. I plug in the unit and use it for an 8 hour shift in my workspace in a manufacturing environment. I like that there is an auxiliary port to play my ipod classic on when the radio reception is fuzzy. The record from CD to USB is a very handy feature with the quality of the recording actually sounding pretty good. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Only having it a month now, how long it will last is to be determined.

I was looking for a radio with BT and still get over air local channels. Works great and switches inputs easily. I bought two.

This wireless 'Boom Box' is a great alternative for those of us who crave the rich sound of great music without all of the life support connections that come with some other options. Out of sight. Out of mind. But not out of music!

Seriously.....It needs back lighting for the display. It is a dark gray background with black numbers/letters so in anything but very good lighting it can be hard to read.

Lots of power for a unit its size good sound quality and a very good ease of use.
