Needed something to play cd's and this has the bonus of a radio that works, and a place for my USB music! This is easy to use, and has a great sound. Good volume. Next, I am going to try to figure out how to keep a couple of music stations in que. It is a great value for good music!!

The system works very well, has a good sound and includes lots of features. There are 2 ways to preset stations, and it works well with blue tooth. I like the fact that you can play mp3 cds on it. The only reason that it's not a 5 is that the bass sound is a little weak when you play it outdoors.

Were it not for the fact that for the price it had the one feature I needed, to be able to convert discs to mp3's on a flash drive for my wife I would give it 3 stars. Satisfying her is worth 4 stars. It been too short a time period to judge it's reliability. Sound is good, volume ok, Give me some more time with it to give a better review.

Great sound, bluetooth pairs easily and radio works

This is exactly what I was looking for. I use it everyday. It has good sound and fits my need exactly. I'm glad I made this purchase.

This really gives out a lot of sound for such a small boombox. Really fills my room. I got this since CD players are becoming relics and not so easy to find a quality player anymore. I still have a huge CD collection so I needed something reliable to play them on. This is just what I was looking for.

Bluetooth is easy, great bass booster. Small and compact.

We've been using this for a very long time, always wired not yet tried the batteries. It is a very sturdy, good quality device. Soundis wonderful. We have fun with the CDs, Bluetooth connection or USB.

Purchased this Boombox and for some reason would not play CDs. I went back to BestBuy and exchanged it and glad I did. This Boombox has great sound, a sleeping feature, USB port, and a lot more I have yet to try. Well worth the price!

I'm used to buying cheap electronics and finally splurged. Can hear the difference! Tunes to the radio station and keeps it. Volume increases so I can hear it in the next room but never blares. Volume reduces but is still clear. There's a reason for Sony's good reputation.

Great sound and size for a boom box. Ease of use and to care for.

Works as described. A great way to play my old CDs but can also use with the Bluetooth. Sound quality of the speakers isn’t amazing, but didn’t expect a lot for this price. Ideal in a kitchen or utilising the line out into better speakers.

The black Sony CD boombox is just what I was looking for. A compact size that fits well most anywhere and blends nicely with decor and furnishings. Good functions and sound.

Hey, it's a boombox and it's a Sony. For the size and portability, I really like the sound it can put out and will enjoy using it outside this summer. My wife also will enjoy that she can move it around the house as she likes. We can finally play music from our huge CD collection again!

Needed a "decent" boom box to give us good sound for a drive in movie theater (yes, really). This was in stock and got good reviews. Very happy with the purchase. The boom box was easy to tune into (and lock onto) the frequency used by the drive in. It was able to get loud without being distorted and helped all of us enjoy the movie. We sat outside the car and put the boom box in front of our group. After the movie ended, both groups on either side of us thanked us for bringing the radio so they could enjoy the movie even more. We have used it for a little music (not much) - it seems fine for that too. (not amazing sound - not close to what we get from our Sonos 3 or 5, etc.) . But, for a battery powered budget boom box, it is great! Exactly what we wanted at a very good price.
