Unfortunately, it doesn't have a cassette player ( no need for a pencil lol), but at least it has cd, radio, Bluetooth, and USB. And it's SONY!

Wanted a versatile way to play their CD's and use outdoors with batteries. Pleased with sound and other options on the boombox.

I have been using the Bluetooth from my IPHONE with no issues so far. Handle seems pretty sturdy. Only think I keep forgetting to buy is 6 C batteries for it, but I just keep it plugged into the outlet with the cord that came with it.
