Sound is great. Easy to use. Size is good and digital read out is easy to see.

In the month that I’ve owned this Sony boom box, I’ve been pleased with the sound, the radio reception, and the fact that the CD player works consistently. And I like its relatively small size.

Bought it because the CD player in my Sony Boombox from the 1990s was not working properly. Very nice sound from a small unit and just what I wanted.

This is a very nice and small boombox. I think the sound is great. I've only had it a week, so I just hope the CD player lasts. Time will tell.

Nice garage radio, able to get FM, BT and CD's with good sound quality.

Needed replacement for Sony Explod boom box, cd player stopped working and input for phone cord wouldn't hold phone cord anymore. I like the fact that this one is wireless for playing music off my cell phone without need for cord hookup. Had to return first one because cd player stopped working in less than 30 days, after normal cd use. Sound quality is fine if not as big as Explod but as long as cd player keeps working, I'm satisfied. Good quality sound for size. Like the portability of size and the fact that can play music from cds; usb port for zip drive or off cell phone, ie. Pandora, etc.

Very easy to use, good sound, and especially like how you can rip the songs to USB.

It is great….compact, has good sound, and just what I was looking for. I have a Bose system in storage. This will be great in the future, for outings and working outdoors.

With the help of an associate, I found exactly what I was looking for. This item has great sound and is not bulky or heavy. Which means it is easy to transport.

I wanted something that I could put in my home office, or move to whatever room I'm working in to play some of my many CD's. This little box is just perfect! It's easy to operate, looks good, and has wonderful sound considering its small size. The antenna makes dialing in some radio a breeze as well. It's awesome to listen to some of my old friends again.

Exactly what what we were looking for in purchase for Father's Day gift. Good sound, good features. Keeping this purchase in mind for future gifts.

I am so happy that I got this SONY CD Boombox! It is easy to operate, easy to put away and most importantly, the sound is AWESOME!

I always like sony products and this did not let me down. The sound is very clear and able to pick up many radio stations. The unit also worked very well when sending songs from my I-phone. Don't let the size fool you this baby is very loud.

this Sony boombox is great. it's smaller size is fantastic for use in a small apartment. easy to use and is portable.

Really nice boombox that I use for practicing my guitar. Nice sound, small footprint and a host of options. I highly recommend it.

THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT KITCHEN RADIO FOR MY WIFE. SHE LOVES IT. HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE.

The radio is solid. It is loud, but obviously lacks in the bass department due to the small size. Cd player plays well, bluetooth is well, and overall does what it should do. You can put batteries in it, I haven't tried it out since its always plugged in for my use case. The price is a bit on the high end, maybe should be around 60-70 bucks, but it's becoming a niche item so understandable. Might consider one of sony's bluetooth speakers that has a cd slot available, for a bit more, you'll get a lot more.

This was purchased for my wife as a Christmas gift. I like that you can sink your music device via blue tooth. All the functions are easy and strait forward to use. My wife is very pleased with the overall package. When there is no complaints from her with the product than I am very happy, hence the five stars. Sony has made my life much better with this purchase.

This has great sound and is small in size. We use this everyday in our kitchen. Can still play our music Cd’s, listen to radio or plug in our iPod. Very happy with this product!
