I purchased this boombox to be used at outdoor events where the sound had to travel a goodly distance. While the sound was good at close range- or inside- it wasn't loud enough for my needs (at horse shows). Unfortunately I had to return it. Otherwise it seems like a good unit.

Great features. It is not loud enough, but that is understandable due to its size.

Where we live radio stations sometimes have trouble, the antenna tends to help more getting those radio stations clear

Its a very good unit ,Iam very happy with it!! Note I can play all of my radio shows . Iam a DJ @ KROV FM 91.1 on Thursday @830am to 1pm I play 60s th. 80s rock our web site is KROV FM .com Ps I enjoy playing my RADIO SHOW each week on the USB port !!!

This is a versatile boombox that does everything it’s supposed to do. I use it every day. I’ve got one little gripe, because I didn’t read the instructions, the pre-set radio stations were hard to set. Overall I’m very satisfied and happy with this boombox.

We are very happy with both Best Buy service and our new Sony boombox. The sound is good, the AM and FM work well, the manual is excellent, all the buttons work easily.

The Sony - CD Boombox -Black is a nice device, but the quality of the sound could have been better. Overall, I like the unit for all the features it has, could have used a way to play cassettes too.

I needed a small cd player for my desk at work to play my Christmas CD's. It is the perfect size. The sound isn't the greatest but what I would expect for a small player. It works perfectly for my needs.

My wife's new car came without a VD player, so we were looking for a way she could listen to her vast CD collection at home and perhaps record it to an Amazon Fiore. Ran across this device that burns the CDs right to a thumbdrive. And the sound is really good too.

This is a wonderful device for listening in any room. The radio is nice to have for quick listening. The CD player is easy to use and the Bluetooth is great to pair a phone. There are other options including USB input and mp3 recording. This is nice to have for any need.

Bought this primarily as a radio in our kitchen. My wife wanted something that could also play CDs, so this seemed like a good option. Sound is good, but the Bluetooth hasn't worked in a while so you cannot stream anything from a mobile device.

does everything that i need. volume and sound quality are good for its small size. the only reason i didnt give 5 stars is that the controls are confusing but maybe its just me.

I was looking for a way to enjoy music outside by the pool and found this boombox to be the perfect tool. Not only does it play CDs and the radio, but I can connect via WiFi to stream music or use a stick with my favorite songs loaded on it.
