If you’re old school and use CDs still, then this is the radio for you. You can also use your phone with Bluetooth, record your own CDs, listen to the radio, etc

We don't often use a CD player anymore but ours broke and we still need one occasionally. Works well. It's nice that we also have Bluetooth on it so we can use it as a speaker. Not outstanding sound quality but good enough for our needs

Works good decent quality sound. My teenager listens to this. He listens to death metal crap and he hasn’t blown the speakers up yet so I would recommend.

I bought this for my wife so she can listen to her audio books that she gets from the library. The salesmen at best buy recommended this unit over the cheaper ones, which ended up being a good call. This cd player plays great and is sturdy enough where it won't break.

Sound quality is only okay and it doesn't save your CD track location if you turn it off. Works for camping since it's small and lightweight. There are better machines out there for home.

Only time will tell if this portable CD player lasts long or not. The buttons are tiny, but has enough FM presets, and plays CD's okay. I researched many CD players, and this was an overall good deal for the price. If companies made the book shelf type of CD players better, than I would've spent money on a book shelf type of player with bigger speakers instead, however, they don't.

This boombox is small and cute but not very loud for the price, so returned it. I would have kept it if it were what I was expecting. However, I do recommend it to anyone that is looking for small, low volume and cute.

The Sony Compact Boombox is an outstanding unit for the money. It's easy to use and it puts out more sound that you'd think. I was surprised once I used it. I'm happy with it.

If you still listen to music or audio books on compact disks this boombox delivers on great sound. Simple to use and easy to set up. Great Job Sony!

Digital music, computers, and Bluetooth are fine, but we just wanted a unit to play some CD's in the master bedroom when we are reading. So we picked this Sony because it looked easy to use -- and it is.

An in-store recommendation and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. High-quality sound, including a bottom you never heard on your cell. Serious bang for the buck right here.

The perfect solution for my music needs at work! The reception is ten times better than the old cd type radio I had in the past. Tired of the radio! Boom! Bluetooth is in!

This is a really nice Sony product. It's one of the only ones I found with the ability to stream music from a memory stick. Great sound as I expected from a Sony product. Was not able to demo it in any store so I was taking a chance but it paid off. Very happy with the purchase.

I needed a radio for my garage. I enjoy sports talk radio on AM stations. I also listen to my old time CD's while working in the garage. I wanted something simple to operate and with a good sound. It also was the best pricewise.

Good sounding for the size of boombox, still enjoy listening to cd's, the radio function also has a good sound. Have purchased Sony products over the years and are always quality products.

Great item. It serves my needs, particularly for those that do not download all music.

Great features. Can connect anything to it. We took it to drive in movie for the FM but we also connected our phones. Only thing is it lacks bass.

Very nice CD player. The thing I like most is that it has a USB port and you can load your music on a USB and play from it. Another cool feature is that you can record from a CD to your USB. Nice!!!
