the electric cord keeps falling out

Good sound, etc. The only think is that the electric cord keeps falling out the back. I called and requested to speak to a product specialist and left a msg on their automated line to call me back because of the long wait time. This was yesterday. I have yet to hear from them

OK, but would not buy again.

This is very frustrating, because the box cannot be moved AT ALL without the cord falling off. I would not buy this item again, nor would I reccommend it to anyone.

Simple boombox

The bluetooth only connects to my phone and not to my AirPods or EarBuds, which is moderately disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. It's a simple item, but does what I need, so I would recommend this item.
