Good for projector screen images
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I heard this is close to the high-end FX3, Netflix approved camera. That meant the FX30 camera is good enough for high quality vlog, and HD contents. I'm using it for projection images and videos for theater stage. It works. The battery doesn't last more than a few hours. (That's why I rated 4 stars instead of 5). There are attachable batteries and I need to purchase to use it for a longer shooting. The camera was easy to learn and there're plenty of YouTube videos teaching how to do this and that.

It’s so good, friends in the industry ask to borrow it for their indie films. It’s great for video and stills. And, the learning curve is manageable. I am really glad I own this one. My only upgrade at this point, would be a Red.

Best value in cinema cameras

Researched… came to the conclusion this camera was worth a shot. Worked with various Sony Alpha series cameras so the workflow was minimal learning curve. I’ve worked in video production for over a decade, but wanted something for freelance production and this was the way to go to get started. Happy as I can be with the image quality.

Fire!! it is great B camera or a camera. Not to mention, this is the best live streaming camera you can have. You do not need any extra pieces to live stream.

Amazing Camera

After getting fx30 things changed totally. I tested it, amazing camera, autofocus is amazing and 10 but color is superb. Love it

Only giving a 4 stars because I was forced to by the audio attachment on the top which made it cost more money. Best Buy should sell the camera without the attachment like other stores. I already had a credit card with Best Buy so I decided to buy.
