Great Woofer, but Need Additional Parts

We were told it was "wireless" with the TV and my husband should have read the reviews as it is not. He had to go back to Best Buy and buy an additional adapter and wiring to make it be Bluetooth compatible. Lesson learned, read about the product prior to purchase!

Bought it for my office media centre and it's working perfectly. The auto "sleep" mode is awesome. I just wish they could make subwoofers a little more compact at this level.

Best Buy was able to deliver it from the store to my vehicle. The associate was very courteous.

Great except for Auto clicking

No matter what the crossover is set at, if the audio input has no deep bass for awhile it shuts off and Clicks back on upon bass input.

Actually it's so good that I'm going to have to upgrade other speakers to match it. Great sweet spot on price and quality for a medium sized room.

Not the greatest, not the worst!

For the money, I can't complain. I did not want to invest in an over the top quality product. This unit so far, delivers enough to satisfy the tone.

I'm using a Pioneer receiver and my other 5 speakers are Infiinity and they all work well together. My only complaint is I like to turn of the subwoofer when I watch something in the middle of the night and there is no power switch. So I have to unplug it.

Thanks for commenting! We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the amazing bass sound quality of our SA-CS9 115W 10” Active Subwoofer. We appreciate your feedback with the power switch. The SA-CS9 actually has a power button on the rear panel that you can press to turn on/off the unit. It also features an auto power on/off function. If there is no signal input for a few minutes, the POWER indicator lights up in red and the subwoofer enters power-saving mode. And while in this mode a signal is input to the subwoofer, the subwoofer automatically turns on. This feature can also be turned off by sliding the POWER SAVE switch on the rear panel of the subwoofer to OFF.
