Low powered, not good for large spaces.

I couldn’t hear the bass no matter where I placed the subwoofer and no matter how much I pumped up the levels. I think this would be fine in small spaces if you completely lack any low-end sound. I am using floor standing speakers and they produce enough low-end to drown out this subwoofer.

To obtain a better bass reproduction, we recommend you to install the subwoofer on a solid floor where the resonance is unlikely to occur. You can obtain a sufficient heavy bass reproduction from a single subwoofer. However if you use a couple of the subwoofers, you can obtain an even more effective heavy bass reproduction. The unit is powerful and compact, perfect for easy installation in tight spots. Because of the reduced baffle area, the speaker minimizes sound field distortion for optimum clarity and precision. We appreciate your feedback. ˎIf the subwoofer is installed in the center of a room, the bass could be extremely weakened. This is due to the influence of the standing wave of the room. Placed under an end table near a wall. Amazing adjustable bass lets you tailor it to the music you are listening to. Goes from subtle to room shaking and everything in between with a turn of a knob. Great speaker!
