You can hear the audible click on and off every time. There is no ON option just Stand by and off. It also wasn't very loud at full blast and distorted. Returned for Polk 100. Way better sub for the same price

It is unfortunate to hear that our SA-CS9 115W 10” Active Subwoofer didn't live up to your expectations. This is definitely not the news we'd like to hear from you. Depending on the audio source, the bass sound of our SA-CS9 may not be so noticeable. However, some of these issues can be fixed by adjusting the LEVEL control (clockwise) to turn the volume up of the subwoofer so that you can hear the bass sound a little more than before. You may also find different sources will perform better than others due to different types of audio compression and transmission.

Great speaker

We’re not sure which brand of amplifier/AV receiver you have your subwoofer connected to, however, please ensure the connections have been correctly made. Defective Subwoofer

I did everything correctly and still it didn’t work. I returned it and now I’m gonna get my subwoofer from JBL.

Thanks for purchasing your new SA-CS9 115W 10” Active Subwoofer. We're glad you like the size and reasonable price of the unit. We greatly appreciate your feedback. The subwoofer is designed for playback of bass or low frequency sound. When the input source, such as in TV programs, does not contain much bass sound, the bass sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. To obtain a better bass reproduction, we recommend you to install the subwoofer on a solid floor where the resonance is unlikely to occur. Not punchy enough

Bad equipment. Even worse service with geek squad

When I took it back they didn’t want to replace it, instead they said they will fix it, which it good about a month to get it back. And when they did they want it to charge me because they said they didn’t found anything wrong.what I did when I came back was that I put it in the garage in a corner . Since I felt that a wasted my money here.
