Good subwoofer and works wonders when used for Movies or videos but with music you have to find a certain level but even then it still lacks from what’s expected. 2. The subwoofer isn’t too heavy so it can be easily moved around and placed. 3. It tends to run very hot depending on what it’s being used for. 4. Would i recommend it…Yes but only to the right audience. 5 (Extra items inside) The wires are about medium i would say around 4 Ft for the Subwoofer cord and around 3 for the power cord.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Make sure that the ventilation holes are not blocked. If the ventilation holes on the back of the unit are blocked, the interior of the subwoofer may heat up. Sony here tries to go inexpensive and smaller but as a result the bass output isn’t the greatest. You get what you pay for in this case. It’s substantially less expensive than other subwoofers and it does deliver some base, but not Earth-shattering performance by any means. Good for small rooms or a budget-minded shopper.

The subwoofer has separate controls in the back for gain and to adjust the bass frequency from 80hz to 125hz. Purchased it on Black Friday and it was well worth the money. Subwoofer also has a standby mode so you don’t have to shut the unit off every time you power down your system.

Great entry-level subwoofer

Both are in my media room and the kids are going crazy over the sound. It gives you the theatre effect and the rooms feel like it vibrating with the base. Highly recommend!

Only downside is the energy save mode kicks in too fast. If the movie or show has a minute or two of low action it clicks off, then clicks back on when sound kicks in. Lot of clicking! Otherwise good product

I didn't believe it would add much to my movie experience being under $200. However I was proven wrong. On a very low setting this unit vibrates my chest and couch. Perfect for Action movies.
