I had checked others before buying this unit. The price was double and the power and build materials were not worth the extra money. You can buy 2 of these for the price of one, if your amplifier supports a .2 subwoofer connection.

I really like the auto-on feature, though sometimes it turns off during quiet parts in movies and then you can hear it click on before the bass resumes. Overall I am very happy with the sub.

The only thing i dislike is the “Auto Off Power Saver” kicks in within a few minutes and it makes a clicking noise with it turns off and then on.

Awesome! We are thrilled that you are satisfied with the amazing bass sound quality of our SA-CS9 115W 10” Active Subwoofer. We are sorry if its auto power on/off feature didn't live up to your expectations. If there is no signal input for a few minutes, the POWER indicator lights up in red and the subwoofer enters power-saving mode. And while in this mode a signal is input to the subwoofer, the subwoofer automatically turns on. You can actually turn off this function by sliding the POWER SAVE switch on the rear panel of the subwoofer to OFF.

Really like that the bass is adjustable. Make note that this may require a "Y" connector depending on your system set up. Overall happy with this purchase.
