    I have this hooked up to a sub output on a Sony tv. Decent sub for extra bass. I will be buying another one for a tv in the bedroom.

    We are using this sub in addition to another sub which we already have. The action movies are on another level now. The ability to change the phase on this sub was helpful. The original phase setting in our basement caused the bass to cancel out between our two subs. I switched the phase on this one and..... Boom! That is what I now feel during the movies!
