Great for half off

Got them half off and at that price it was absolutely worth the purchase. Waiting on the sale to happen again so I can buy another pair for my back surround.

Absolutely Fabulous!

The reciever is excellent, so I picked up a pair of Sony ssc 3 way speakers and these speakers sprang to life! Was so impressed I bought the midrange too. I use the original woofer and I can tell you that when listening to jazz piano it is just like you are there. I turn out the lights and you are there! Texture and sound like you never heard before. So cool!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was leaning towards purchasing the Polk T15's until I read the reviews on the Sony Core 3 way book shelf speakers .Got a big discount savings on purchase as well . These speakers are great the sound is nice and crisp the highs and lows are fantastic. Combined them to my Onkyo receiver and my Onkyo CD Player . Later plan to hook up my 2 way Martin speakers for the full effect but for now just enjoying the SonyCore 3 way . Best investment.

Amazing Speakers, would buy again.

I use an EQ in my system and these speakers allow me to express the full range and capabilities of the EQ and stereo. I have never had a problem with them clipping and these speakers can absolutely drive any sound and deliver it with a punch. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and would buy again.

Great speakers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used mine for a couple of years now, first with a polk sub, and, for the last month, a sony sub. They sound very good. Music is clear and loud. I've never used them without a sub, so I can't speak to how they would function as mains. I'm using a sony receiver, stereo only, so, again, can't advise for home theater use. If you pair these with a sub, and listen to music, you will be very happy.

These speakers met and exceeded my very high expectations! I paired this with an old school Pioneer receiver and Onkyo tape deck, and I’m transported back to my high school days in the 70s - what amazing sound! Don’t hesitate - these speakers kick butt

Very rich highs nearly perfect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always buy sony products and this is why...audiophile quality sound best price these book shelves sound amazing the clarity with a dsd 176.6 khz multichannel sound is perfect with my ps3 w/the same frequency is almost as good bottom line if u need better high end go with these athough i want to try them at 192khz DSD next or with Dolby Atmos
