I’ve Always liked Sony products And these bookshelves are no exception. I have 4 in my 7.2 home theater system. They are definitely a step above the Onkyo HTIB I’ve had for years and the clarity from the tweeters to mids are completely elevated. Out of the box they’ve out shined my previous setup and I’m highly satisfied.

We purchased these bookshelf speakers to replace two very old 36 " speakers. We were concerned that the sound would not be comparable but decided to try them. An associate told us we would not get the same sound as we are used if we purchased a soundbar. The speakers accompanied with the 10" subwoofer sounds great. Our music and movies have great sound from such a small package.

I purchased these speakers when they went on sale to go with my turntable and audio receiver. They arrived quickly and setup with my receiver was a breeze. they sound great with the turntable as well! I will definitely be on the look out to buy the subwoofer and possibly the tower speakers to add to these bad boys. Great for a budget turntable setup!

These are great speakers at a very reasonable price. These now complete my surround sound system with four of these speakers, a center speaker and a sub woofer. I use the Sony amp as well. These is an excellent entry level system with great sound. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to progress from a simple sound bar to a surround sound system.

The speakers are excellent , they replaced huge out dated speakers that were 20 times bigger and they have a better sound

This is the first speakers I've bought in twenty years. After hearing how much clearer these little things are than the aging floor speakers they replaced, I feel foolish not buying a set sooner. These speakers deliver a surprising range, and although the bass isn't exactly punchy, I do have to say that it is more noticeable than you would expect.

Good sound for the size. I moved, and my Klipsch floor speakers would not work well (no good place to put them) with the new space. I replaced with these, and have been pleased with the performance..

I have these hooked up to a DRX-5.3 receiver using an ADA995 as my surround and sub. Amazing clarity for the price, it has me listening to my SACD and Tidal playlists way more, best value but won't get too loud. Perfect for music enjoyment and a small home theater.

Beautiful full, rich sound from speakers with a slightly smaller footprint and profile. Great bass response. Even if not used in a surround-sound setup, these speakers provide great sound for a living room system.

Picked these up on an open box deal...look and sound fantastic for mids and highs!! Would still need to purchase a subwoofer if you wanted to hear deep bass.

Love these small bookshelf speakers----Good low and midrange for being so small--and very clear---They were recommended to me by a musician who had some in his studio----I heard them there and immediately bought a pair--very happy very happy

These speakers sound very good. I have them connected on one channel of a Sony receiver. On other channel i have some Sony 12" woofers, but bought these so i can hear the highs the the woofers arent made to play, and these do the job.

Great speaker for the money for sure, great for any amount! Bought them on recommendation of YouTube channel cheapaudioman. Love them! I'll be in soon to buy the sub woofer from the Core Series as well.

These are good budget speakers that could sound really well or really bad depending on what you pair them with. I have them hooked to an old Onkio receiver, when I play from music straight from my phone Spotify, they don't sound that great. But when I add a portable DAC that includes an excellent equalizer the sound goes from bad to amazing. The DAC I use is EarStudio ES100 MK2. So yes I would recommend these speakers when used with an equalizer and a subwoofer.
