The super tweeters project stunningly realistic depictions of stringed instruments and vocals. Great as a standard surround speaker in a home theater setup. Construction is solid and acceptable for the price point. Only downside is that they don't have a huge bass presence. If you are running a dedicated subwoofer in your setup then that is not an issue. Hard to find any speakers under $200 a pair that will outperform the SS-CS5's.

They are definitely a great way to introduce someone to great sounding music and audio. I bought these to play music at BBQs, but I'm currently enjoying them connected to my TV.
