These speakers are awesome evey good sound for my AV reciever aost being a theater wathing a movie. cant wait to hook up my new SSCSE that was part of stereo I couldnt afford at the time now my reviever is complete ty BestBuy.

Bought these along to upgrade from Yamaha satellite speakers I had hooked to Sony STRDH720 7.1 Channel 3D AV Receiver and Samsung Ultra HD 4KTV UN60KU6300FXZA. A little bigger than expected, but great accompanied with Polk PSW505 sub and matching set Sony center speaker SSCS8. Clear as day, crisp sound, with great highs and lows. Had no complaints with old Yamaha center, satellite speakers, and sub previously had, but this set up blows it out the water!! Better more complete quality sound. Keep in mind these are bookshelf speakers and a decent size. Using them as left and right speakers on VIVO stands. Quality sound without having to overpay..

The sound variation that these provide for my living room is perfect. I can hear all of the highs and lows with ease.

I love the Sony products. The speakers sound amazing in our den. Connecting them was very easy and simple.

The upgrade I needed. Changed out old Bose cube speakers to Core Series. Not the same highs as the boses, but mild and low end blow the Bose out of the water and highs as fine for my taste.

Really good sound. Clear and loud enough for the music to be heard from every corner of the yard. I love gardening with music playing. Praise tunes or classical, the animals and plants are going to thrive, not to mention myself and my two grandchildren.

We had big speakers before these. Even though they are small they have a big sound for the size and quality. Happy with it.

I’m using these as my speakers for my 7.1 atmos setup. They have good solid highs and mids and enough base for surround experience.

These speakers were built properly using components that only an audiophile would know about. Yes these are cheap MDF boxes and yes the parts are Chinese. That doesn’t mean they weren’t built properly. They have film capacitors and has a nicely designed 3way crossover. A subwoofer is slightly needed to compliment the bass however it’s good the way it is.

I was thinking that maybe my 20yr old speakers had blown so I bought these and I’m glad I did for rear surround they sound great

These speakers are excellent pair for price. Great sound and size for placement in my decor. You won’t be disappointed. They were set up in store and I had opportunity to Hear what I was buying before I wired the at my home.

Great speaker for my home office. I play vinyl while working. Sound great a low volume. With the super tweeter engaged and coupled with a powered sub I get even better sound when the volume pumped up. Are they as good as my Definitive Technology towers? No. But the Sony's are one tenth the cost and deliver as promised. Highly recommend this speaker.

These bookshelf speakers have a clean modern design. They play loud without distortion. They have a good soundstage and blend well with the Sony core sub. I am driving them with a Sonos Amp with no problem.

These speakers are unbelievable, and are flat-out the best sounding speakers I've owned in more than 50 years. The sound is neutral in the best sense of the word, and with a decent sound source the speakers themselves are "invisible" -- all you here is an accurately presented sound field. At the list price of $150/pr, they're worth at least double that. I got them on sale for $75/pr, and at that price I feel like I stole them. These aren't for JBL or Klipsch fans -- these speakers are for people who want to hear the music as it was recorded. Highly recommended!

Great speakers for the price. I'm buying another set for my surround speakers.

Sound is subjective, that being said you cannot find better sounding new speakers at this price (sale price $88). Detail is where these truly shine. I use these in conjunction with a Sony Core series sub and the set up is outstanding. Google results for these reveal that most agree you cannot find better for under 200. I agree and recommend these to people all the time, especially those wanting to dip their toes into the vinyl world without breaking the bank. I have had these for a year with zero issues, if anything they sound better now than new.

Well made and heavy speakers, not some cheap fiberboard. Sound is clear and bass is heavy

Fills my need for speakers to hook up 7.5" reel to reel and connecting pc and 200W amp to play music. Got tired of the pour pc speakers that are normally connected to a pc. Music quality is a lot better.
