    The worst situation, I came back to return the order , y the costumer service , charged me 15% of the value of the camera, I never used the camera but they say is open box. That’s one of the worst things that you can do to your costumers

    Was sold an empty box and didn’t realize until I got home. Best Buy refused to refund me and basically said that I was lying.

    The instructions aren't very clear. The tripod was packed in onto box and then that whole box was put into another box, so i have no idea which company it came from. The tripod doesnt even connect to my camera via Bluetooth, i just use it to hold my camera , the other features are pointless. Waste of money.

    it works as it is supposed to but cheaply plastic made material, not worth the price.

    Other than the Bluetooth capability you’re better off not buying this accessory. It doesn’t really help with the stabilization or reaches far. I would have returned it but I missed the return window. Don’t be like me.

    You really. Eed a gimbal to walk and vlog, this is useless unless its used when sitting.
