Camera works as expected. Light, small, easy to handle and use but patience and dedication needed to take full advantage of features Fast.enough to shoot unexpected moving targets . Batteries strong enough. On the downside lens protection is flimsy, it does not allow you to have the camera ready in your pocket or your purse.

I like the portability of this camera, it fit easy on my jeans when I travel. It's sharp in focus on photos and video quality is clear. The sound on video is clear but when when nobody is talking I always notice the hizzy noice on the background. it's not just this camera but my other camera too they'll always make that hizzy background noise. Of course this camera isn't built like camcorder so don't expect too much on video. On the camera mode I set my preference like ISO, etc. thru the Program Auto Mode for outdoor shooting and indoor I use the built in Intellegent Auto then fine tune both on my Pixor & Cyberlink photo editior. That's how you make quality photo with this tiny camera and make it a powerful DSLR. There you have it my recommendation for point & shoot camera.

This phone is great, very high resolution yadda yadda, but I keep asking myself why I purchased it when I have an IPhone 6s with a great camera. I dumbed down the resolution to 10 MB because 18 is overkill, for me. The fast sharing of photos via WiFi is awesome. If you can tell me some reasons why I should use this camera rather than my Iphone camera, let me know.

20x optical and even 40x work very well. Photos are mostly good, but do not like that camera automatically uses ISO 3200 , so then I snap again and the shot usually goes down to ISO 800 or something else more reasonable. For the most part, I do not have to use flash and still get very good photos. Fits in my pocket. Some of the push buttons are small so it takes a bit to get use to. Worth the money for all these features.

Camera takes sharp pics and HD video. Bought it on my vacay in Hawai'i - got a great deal on it from the friendly Best Buy employee in Honolulu. I like the compact size and the ease of using the camera. Love this Sony camera!

Bought this to take to a conference and it worked really well. The main feature that I was looking for was good clear pictures when using the optical zoom and this camera delivered for that. The optical zoom, coupled with a good image stabilization certainly helped to get excellent pictures of the presentations when seated towards the back of the auditorium.
