    I purchased the original version back in 2013. Now I have purchased the Sony RX100 VII. Many new advances including the scene changing now on the ring. One of he best digital camera's one can own!!

    Excellent camera with amazing quality in the tiny tiny form. We bought this to go to Disney World so that my wife did not have to carry her massive Sony camera. This blows away our iPhones.

    I love this as a point-and-click nearly entry level camera that also has all the bells and whistles to let me learn principles of photography and develop some skills. The bird and blossom shots are fabulous.

    I have owned similar Sony cameras, but this one has a far better zoom. Camera phones are useful, but this still gives better quality and reliability. Also, selfies are easy with this camera. Do be gentle, however, the selfy converter is a bit fragile.

    I have been a professional photographer for over 40 years. Accurate auto and eye focus with excellent color and very low noise. This is all you need to go on vacation. Excellent and wonderful video
