Great camera to replace older point and shoot camera

The sales team is so great and professional and very knowledgeable. I have bought may different things there and all the sales staff knows what they are talking about.

This is the best of the point and shoot sonys with the Full size sensor. It does not have much of an optical zoom, for out side zooming it is not worth it, but if you take close photos or inside it is one of the best! I would have given it Ten stars" if it had at least a 10x optical zoom.

This camera has lots of settings that I'm still learning to use; so far I've been pleased with the photos, but the camera is a little bit heavy to carry in a pocket. The wifi feature makes it easy to transfer photos to your cellphone/computer & post to Facebook or email to friends.

I was looking to get a good point and shoot that also does a great job at auto focusing. All other features are absolutely awesome too but yes, it is a little too pricey. Consider ordering M-II if you can online. I did not have time to wait for shipment to arrive so bought this of the shelf.

This little gem could seriously make a photo enthusiast switch over from a DSLR. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because one needs to add either the little Sony front grip or slip this into one of those cool retro leather cases to make it less likely to slip out of your hands.

As a first time user (instead of using simple point and shoot cameras) I am in love with this product. I enjoy learning how to adjust the focus, etc. the quality is amazing and I love using it to record videos.

the class was good but to technical, not great communicators should have hand outs with the information needed so we could refer to the hand outs, could use better instructions from smanufacturer

I bought this camera somedays ago. It's very beautiful and powerful. However I found the lens cap can only open a half. I tried to google this issue and I found many people met this kind of issue. Try to see the Amazon or DPview. Thus, I returned it

I bought this camera the week before leaving for a trip to Europe. It took just a little bit of time on the flight to understand the bare minimum. An hour longer and I was a pro.

Have been waiting for long to get my hands on this beauty. Despite cannon and Nikon there's something about Sony I always love.

This was a good purchase. There was some hesitation due to worry about the "burn-in" but decided to try it. So far, so good.

Love my new camera. It's perfect. Only problem I had was it turning off when it couldn't focus on my face. Took it to the store and they changed the battery saving settings

I bought both v and this. I thought v is better so i kept v instead of this. However, this one is still good function camera with reasonable price.
