The only problem is the forward button doesn't seem to work properly or the back button doesn't seem to work properly, when trying to listen and transcribe minutes. If I press the back button, it goes all the way back to the first recording....when I am transcribing the second or third recording.

The clarity is great and I love the usb built in. The computer software all is me to put the recordings on my ipod and listen in my car.

The other main complaint. Needs to be Backlit reading the screen is difficult if lighting isn't at the perfect angle. Other then that holds a lot of recordings and picks up sound from across the room. Working well

I've bought those off brand model and they're nothing but trouble. This recorder is reliable and durable and very easy to use. Its stereo microphones are very sensitive and pick up sound very easily even in large rooms. Battery life is amazing.
