I use it to record all my classes the audio is very clear.

Quality recording and playback, good storage capacity

not so great of a product. Kind of a waste of money it doesnt record any better than my iphone.

I lost my recorder months ago, a lower-end model from Sony that had been great for me. However, not needing a cord to link my recorder to my laptop has been key because I really didn't need another cord. I'm still figuring out all of the audio features, but for interviews and note-taking, Sony has yet to disappoint me.

My wife's niece is a student and she is loving using this recorder. She loves that she can put "bookmarks" in the recordings and transfer them to her laptop (clearing space in the recorder). In fact, I am myself thinking of getting one for use during requirements definition workshops and process definition workshops (you can tell I am a consultant!!!).

The best recorder I have ever used and would recommend to anyone.

I find that this recorder is a great device the only thing that gets a little confusing is all the different folders that it has on it and then trying to find previously stored recording's otherwise I think the device is excellent and it's easy to put in your pocket they also sell a belt clip case for it which is nice

Very easy to use and this is exactly what I needed.

It's great that you can just plug it in to your computer and have the files named by date and time. However, the white noise is at times overwhelming, even when recording in an appropriate environment. It gets the job done.

Great product. Very useful when doing interviews while traveling. The built-in USB is so handy.

I have had a Sony and Olympus digital recorder in the past. Both still work, but I wanted another. This recorder isn't intuitive and terms of how to use it. I do like the option for connecting to the USB.

Easy to use, basic product. The range wasn't what i expected, but performed just fine. The playback sound wasn't as clear as i had hoped, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been. It was overall a decent product.

I uses this to record classes. It does a great job of recording the lecture. I like that I can download the classes on my computer and change the names of the folders. The only thing I wish was different is that it had rechargeable batteries.

For a guy who has loved the simplicity and portability of cassette tape recorders, this recorder is steps above in functionality. Now I just need to discover whether it is justas dependable and easy to use over time.

This records very well in different environments but it is not easy to determine the folders the recording goes in and if more than one recording goes into a folder.

This recorder is perfect for recording meetings for taking minutes. It inter-phases the PC perfectly. It has everything we need and more.
