It provides the essential functions needed but also allows you to transfer information onto your CPU a lot quicker. The price is fair and the brand quality I great. I am very happy with my purchase.

The playback sound quality is faint, even when recorded at the maximum seminar level. The instructions that came with it leave much to be desired as they do not give information on many of the features.

The learning curve on the features aren't too steep, so I learned as I played around with it. The only con is the highest volume for playback is not loud enough for my personal preference. Other than that the voice recorder works great.

The fast forward feature is well designed. Also the hold/off button works well and is conveniently positioned.

The only thing I dislike is how it picks up the slightest movement and when you go to listen to it the only way it sounds decent is through headphones
