Easy to use, great starter camera, best bang for the buck

This camera goes through batteries faster than milk does on lactose intolerant people! At first it worked great the batteries lasted me a week. Now for some reason the batteries won't last more than a couple of pictures. I need to contact sony will update if I get a response.

Purchased this for an upcoming vacation, shot about 170 images overall I had great results. The zoom was what I was after and it worked great. Well planned shots came out fabulous.

My wife wanted a camera to take pictures on our upcoming trip to Orlando,FL. So I purchased this camera for her...Long story made short..she loves it...The easiness and functions make this camera a great choice if your looking for a superb camera with all the bell and whistles..

Bought this for my daughter to learn photography on! Love that it has manual settings as well as programmable! A great buy!

It doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles, but the features it does have are good for those of us who are just starting out in photography.

I have been searching awhile for a really good camera at a great place. I could not believe the price of this camera with all its options. The camera in person is beautiful and easy to use. Great option for a camera to buy if its your first camera with zoom, very easy to use and I was up and going in no time.

Really surprised with the picture quality and ease of use

I have always been a Sony fan and I still am. This camera has very good detail on the macro feature for close up shots. I wanted a camera that would get very good close up shots with minimal effort or fine tuning. The macro automatic feature is the greatest. Camera is a bit heavy and requires 4 batteries, but overall a great value.

I have been a Sony brand lover for years, but I am not impressed with this model. Poor battery life, uses 4 AA’s and even with conserving the “on” time fresh batteries were used up in less than 2 days. Shutter speed response is poor no matter what mode your shooting in For a 20 megapixel camera the photos are not that crisp and clean.

Bought this as a gift for someone who was using their smartphone. After comparing the two it was obvious that a dedicated camera is what is needed for quality photos.

Was in Florida for a week vacation and we forgot our camera, stopped buy to buy a temporary camera, ended keeping this camera and loving it. It takes pictures fast and they come out outstanding, not great zoom in, but close ups are perfect. Love this camera, might use this one more than our other one!

This camera has really good zoom. It's just the right size to hold too, not too small, but not too bulky. It takes really nice pictures. I'm glad I went with this camera.

Purchsed camera to use for work at different site locations. Photos are a must and this camera takes good pictures for work purposes.
