very good camera takes clear pictures and videos and it's a light camera for traveling

I use this camera for my work and typically take between 1,000 and 1,500 photos a month. The camera is light weight/compact and is perfect for pocket carry. However, there are areas where it is lacking. The buttons, especially the power button, are difficult to press and do not respond on occasion, especially if not pressed fully. Since the power button is flush with the frame and small, it can be difficult to fully depress. The camera is slow to respond to the shutter button being depressed. Sometimes the camera is waiting to focus. Other times, it is slow focusing and goes off before it has finished focusing. Once the picture is taken, the review screen takes a bit to display the picture for review. When trying to access photos for review, it takes some time for it to "access" the files. The menu is not very robust and has limited functions. This camera replaced a Sony Cyber-shot 7.2 mega pixel that I have had for over 14 years that was great. It was heavier and about 20% larger, but worked much better. Even though it has a few issues, I may go back to it.

Perfect size, easey to use, packet with many features such as high sensitivity, fireworks, low light, etc. The camer offers special effects to addto the background of pictures and the ability to edit pictures. The camer takes good quality videos. Good battery life.

I purchased this camera as a replacement. It is adequate for taking stills and natural lighting. I was frustrated by the light contrast with sunny areas and shaded areas in the same frame and the inability to control the exposures in certain circumstances. Still a good beginner camera.

Purchased this camera for our 9 year daughter. It's durable and takes great pictures. The only drawback that I can think of is that it takes awhile to take the next picture.

It's a very nice camera. Easy to operate, fairly intuitive. My only gripe is that the on-line support is weak and there seems to be too much a delay between when I press the shutter and when the picture is actually taken.

what a great camera. I got this foR my wife has a gift and I think the features are Great it takes great clear pictures and even if you're a little shaky It Will steady the picture out for you. it allows you to take videos and has a panoramic picture that lets you capture the whole room

this is a great camera for a beginner. you are able to change the way the picture which is nice so you can do color, black and white and they even have a action thing to which is nice sometimes if you dont hold still the pictures can look a little grainy but still does the job

This older model has a Zeiss lens, which is the reason that I choose this camera. It's great for carrying around during those times when you don't want to bring all your professional equipment with you. It takes decent video and on the high settings take acceptable jpg photos.
