I needed a reliable camera for field work required for my job in insurance. I had the ability to reduce the memory taken by each pic so they can be sent via email much faster. The camera is small, comfortable to use and does a great job.

I bought this camera for my 10 year old and she has found it easy to use. It takes good quality pictures with nice features for a beginner. Only negative is that the battery life is not great - only OK.

Small compact and easy to put in pocket. A little to small sometimes for fast picture taking. Great image when reviewing the pictures. Good buy for camera on the go. Price need to be at least $20 lower to be really a first choice when looking at options.

Great camera. Easy and lightweight. Not good for sports action but does an excellent job on just about any other situations. Does well in bright sunlight and night shots as well. The weight of the camera doesn't add much to my purse and as a result I almost always have it with me when the occasion arises that I want to take a picture.

Ran into Best Buy to replace my daughter's broken camera. Had an hour to buy one before her trip. Martin L. showed me how to use it and set it up for me. My daughter can take gorgeous photos with one hand (left) and it is easy to use. Priced well!

my last point and shoot camera was nearly 3 years old so I'm sure anything new would be an improvement. This camera is easy to use, has more features and seems to be a lot faster than my Nikon. Glad I made the purchase.

My mom (70s) came up from FL to see her grandchildren. We call her Grammy Kodak because she always has a camera in her hand. Day 2 of her trip she dropped her camera and it was completely broken. When I told my husband, he said no worries and went to BB. I suggested he get a simple and easy to use with a nice display. He picked this one and she absolutely loves it. Its fast, small, light, easy to use, battery is great, has a nice auto program with great advanced features for the cost. Thumbs up!

It takes wonderful and clear pictures, the settings definitely give you the advantage of getting a good quality picture with kids, and is very easy to use.

I took this camera on vacation because I wanted better quality than my phone camera. The pictures were very good and the camera was easy to carry around.

This is my third Sony camera (sadly, I lost the last one), and I like it for the portability, ease of use, and the clarity of the pictures. I recommend the service contract--it is sturdy, but not immortal.

The camera takes very good quality photos, in a small pkg., for a small price. The shutter speed isn't all that great, but this little camera is convenient and well worth the price.

This camera replaced by 6 tear old Sony Cyber Shot. I wish it was a little larger, but the quality of the pictures it takes is great and it is easy to use. This camera is a great value and I absolutely love it.

Sony (in my opinion) has always made good products, and this camera is nice and small, and packs a 20MP sensor. Great for if you're out walking as it easily slips into a pocket or purse. I would strongly recommend this camera to anyone on a budget just looking for a simple, and easy to use P&S (point-and-shoot) to start out with.

Easy to use.Good pictures. good for the price I paid on sale. however it does not have choices for what type of picture you are taking. Like running, or portrait etc

I bought this for my teenage Granddaughter. It is a perfect first grown up camera. Easy to use, and the price point was great! The compact size is perfect for her to put in her purse!

For the price of this camera and the mega pixels it offers, i have to say it is a good camera for a beginner that just wants to take some pictures without worrying about the complexity.
