Couldn't program it past making a choice of what language we wanted (English). Two of us tried and finally took it back to the store for help. Easily able to return and got the last one on the shelf. The return desk gave us no problem at all and said it happens frequently after they tried it too. Good thing we tried to program it BEFORE taking it on vacation!! Seems to work well, now, and should last for awhile.
