Nice Compact little camera

I was looking for something exactly like this, has very good zoom and 20MP. I also like the 720 resolution is carries. Overall a good camera.

Fine camera for 5 months

I did not keep receipt but Sony customer service ok d it for warranty repair. I mailed it to their repair contractor who wanted a credit card before starting repair. I contacted Sony and got no response saying it would be escalated. I bought camera on sale for less than 100 and they want to charge me 68 dollars for repair. I am sorely disappointed in Sony customer service. Its gathering dust in repair facility.

The picture quality is very good and the shooting modes are much be/er than the older camera. I use this camera when I don't want to carry my DSLR around .

He said he took pictures with wet hands while playing in the pool. It just stopped powering on after that. He was so upset that he couldn't take any more pictures during the camping. I tried to return the camera at best buy on 17th day from the purchase date because we went on vacation right after my kid's camping and didn't know the 15 days best buy return policy. Best buy asked me to contact Sony as part of warranty agreement. Sony asked me to ship it to their repair center. They returned the camera saying it is unrepairable. Sony has the worst customer service. I spent shipping charges for the product in warrant and they can't give me explanation of why it isn't repairable and on top of it, they ask me to resend the camera so they can look at it again but with my shipping charges. I talked to manager who says sorry but he can;t help me. Finally I gave up. Overall I have had bitter buying experience with Sony products. I will never buy any Sony products.
