Hard to beat for the price

We used it on a recent trip to St. John and we're happy with the pics. I have a bulky more expensive camera that I opted to leave at home and although I can't do a side-by-side comparison, I think this Sony took better pics than my other camera. We will use it primarily for hiking pics and/or everyday stuff, and so far I'm extremely happy with it. I would choose Sony over other options at this price point because I've bought the other brands and they aren't as good, except maybe Panasonic.
