Just got 3 days ago Sony Walkman .I am beginner and this player is awesome.Very easy to use ,everything about this player is good.

I got one last year, and it was wonderful. It's easy to go through the song list, even with a lot of songs, the radio had pretty decent reception, and it was cheaper than an iPod or some other mp3 player. The screen scratches easier than other mp3 players I've had, and you can't delete songs unless it's plugged into the computer. However, after six months, the player just stopped working. The warranty wore out on it, so I couldn't get a replacement, and the site was less than helpful about what to do. Three months later, I still haven't been able to fix it, even when the reset button is pressed, the screen remains the same.

It is nice for use for short trips, and for home use, where you can easily charge the battery up. The battery life is a disgrace. On the website, it says 23 hours of play time, but right now, I've had this mp3 player since December 31st, and never overcharged the mp3 player, and I get 5 hours of play time, before I am coerced to recharge. Oh well. Sony is good for only one thing... headphones.

great mp3 player for price!!! The only problem is short battery life. Best Buy has jackets made especially for this player, but put them on when you buy it because it scratches easily. Best buy also has some inexpensive head phones to replace the sony ones. The buttons are noisy.

I got this to take to the gym. It works great. Excellent sound and holds all of my CDs.

I think for the price I paid this is an awsome product the only things is it scratched easily and also I didnt like the set up of the videos basically its just too small for that but for music and radio its awsome and just what I exspected so If youre looking for a good MP3 player this is it! Very easy to use and set up to add music all you need to do is plug it in I loved that about this Mp3 player!

It works great and syncs easily with windows media player. We do not have to buy rebuy any of the music we already have and we do not have to load any new special programs to make it work. It is easy to handle and easy to use. It works great in the car as well. The screen is clear and easy to understand.

I just got this today and have found it asy to use and hard to find the owners giude .and needs a download from sony but once all is done i love this it is my first mp3 player and i used a gift card and 2 5 dollar reward zone cupons so i am only out of pocket 14 bucks so alll in all great product for the price lol p.s The price i payed lol

I bought this because I was tired of buying cds and not liking all the music on them and I wanted portability to listen to my music when and where I wanted. It fits into a tiny little purse I use to keep it from scratching. This is perfect!

i bought the 4gb version and it is incredibly friendly to sync... in my vgn-nw270f vaio with win7 runs great i just installed the content transfer and then updated it..syncing with itunes makes the situation very faster...just drag n drop. i used to have an iphone 3g as mp3 player...but the battery was too short im in love with this thing butt nooo bluetooth too bad

Got it as a present from my hot wife this year 09, kinda surprised she dosen't usually get electronics for me. I really like the small design and the sound quality not to mention the very good battery life. All in all a very solid mp3 player that i could recommend to anyone.

Works great! Family has bought two because it's a great piece of hardware for the price. Pretty flexible and good battery life.

Beware, the sony License agreement which must be accepted in order to use this player, states, in part, that: "The SOFTWARE contains features which may allow SONY and/or third parties to collect data from, control and/or monitor computers and devices running or interacting with the SOFTWARE. You hereby agree that such activities may occur." Essentially, SONY is asking you to agree that they, or other unnamed third parties, have the right to collect unspecified data from your computer, and control your computer if they wish to do so. For this reason alone, prospective MP3 buyers should look for non-Sony products.

Really simple to add songs & video using Windows Media Player. I would would recommend buying a screen protector right away. It has everything I need and the price is right. Screen is a little small for video, but the picture is crystal clear. Great value!

I was expecting the sound quality of the headphones to be better,but it was horrible,it has no bass,and the drums,and most musical instruments don't sound as good as they would on my computer speakers, I was very well let down because Sony headphones are usually the best,, what i love most is the battery life its super long,and the music and video transfer is very fast,I Love that about it,i also like they way its easy to use,it also turns up fast and shuts down quick,i also like you can start a song where you left it when device was turned off. I also love teh crisp clear photos and videos.

I love the storage capacity and the ease of use. I love all information it provides about my music. I love how portable it is I can put in my pocket or in my purse easily.

Takes tremendous beating. washed full cycle. water damage multiple times. i work construction owned for 3 yrs it just died due to the 4th or 5th water incident

really enjoy. Love to try to figure out the music to put on it. Also brings my sons and I together listening to different songs to put on it.

This MP3 Player is great, the only complaint I would have about it is I cannot change the background, other than that it works well.

I bought this as a gift and it was a great hit. Best mp3 player for the price.
