Sometimes I have a tough time getting them "on" but that's probably just me. On occassion they have fallen out of my ears while I've been running but that may be because I've not gotten them on my ears as good as I should.

I may have to wear a beanie to keep them pressed in.

It works perfectly. I had an old pair of Sony headphones that were similar but I had broken them. This is a great replacement.

It doesn't have the little safety plug thing so you won't have to worry about losing it. The fact that it goes around your whole ears and all might makes you feel uncomfortable at first, but with time, it feels natural.
