Every .5 mile I had to put them back in my ears... and the sweat likely wasn't great for them. no more! When you first put them on you'll feel a bit silly, but get over it - they work, and folks won't care because if you're doing it right (running) you look like a sweaty mess anyway - your ears aren't important.
